Manchester Area XC Final Event

The final MACCL race was held today at Kentworthy Woods, there were some great performances across the age ranges with some quality racing.

Congratulations to Sian Heslop for winning the U17s race and a sprint finish 2nd place for Phillip Goodfellow in the U13B race, Rachel Hall was 4th overall and 1st V35 in the Senior Women's race. 

Our medalists for the season include: 

U13B - 2nd Philip Goodfellow

U13G - 2nd Flo Cooke, 3rd Rebeca Dilworth

U17B - 3rd Finley Proffitt

SNRW - 3rd Rachel Hall

SNRW (V35) - 1st Rachel Hall

2018 - 9 Cross Country Season is approaching !!

From Rob Hasler, thanks Rob.... Cross Country season is fast approaching. Competing in XC is an excellent way to progress your running, get very muddy, be part of a team and follow in the footsteps of running legends! 
 
Here are the dates and venues for the two leagues we compete in this year. There will also be Cheshire champs, Northern Champs and National Champs races in 2019.
