Summer Road Handicap 2019 Results

It was a great evening for the 43 runners who competed in the Summer Road Handicap on Monday. The format of trying to run approximately 7.5K closest to a time you predicted proved more difficult than it sounds! However, there were a few who got it spot on. Jimmy Sheldon (29:30/29:29 = 1sec difference), Julian Brown (37:00/37:09 = 9sec difference) and Jo Foster (38:45/38:54 = 9sec difference) were the top three. A full breakdown of how good, or bad, people were at predicting their pace can be found below. Pictures will be uploaded to Facebook soon. Great running everyone!
