It’s been another great track & field weekend for the club.Â
At the England Athletics U15/17 Champs in Bedford this weekend, Sian Heslop ran a brilliant tactical race to win gold in the U17G 3000m in a new club record. Meanwhile, Sam Danson jumped a big personal best in the long jump, finishing a brilliant 10th.Â

Meanwhile, the British Masters Champs took place in Birmingham, where Hilary West came away with two fantastic silver medals - in the 400m and 800m.Â

Additionally, for over 10 years the club has paid personal accident insurance for members that would pay a relatively small sum should any member have a serious accident whilst out training with the club. Â

Hi all, below are details of the event, and a link to the page on the East Cheshire Hospice website.
It'd be really great if folk would both consider taking part in one of the events themselves, and also promoting it amongst fiends and family, and elsewhere if possible. Perhaps the fell running section might like to make it their Sunday Run ?
Of course, in the spirit of friendly rivalry if we could get a team together to beat Wilmslow RC that would be great !
