2016 Cross Country

Cross Country will begin this year with the first race in the North Staffs season on the 1st October at Winsford. The North Staffs league are struggling to find a fourth venue which could mean that the season will be over three races. I hope we can field a good team for all of three races as we have the potential to place well in divisions. The Manchester league starts on October 15th at Heaton Park. We have always managed to field a good team at these events and I hope we can continue to do so this year.

The 2nd North Staffs Cross Country League (NSCCL) match at Stafford Common, Stafford this Saturday (24 October). All competing club members, all age groups invited to take part. Just turn up in club vest/t-shirt to race (no charge - please let team managers know you are intending to compete so that they can look out for you). Â Details in the link below:

It is the first Manchester Area Cross Country League match this Saturday (10 Oct 15) at Woodbank Park, Stockport for all age groups except U11s. All competing members very welcome to run. Please let team managers have your name, DOB and EA number by the end of tomorrow (6 Oct) if you haven't already registered your interest. No charge to compete, and no commitment to do more if it doesn't suit. A really great team event for the club. Races start from 12:15.
