Winter

Four hour walk up Cross Fell (with good forecast) in rain then sleet then heavy snow, low visibility and significant snow cover. Lilly would have loved it.

Proper winter conditions atop Kinder yesterday.
A smattering of snow from partway up but a good covering from Edale Cross upwards with some 1-2 foot drifts.
