Rainow Fell Race - helpers please! (Wed 4th May)

If anyone is not able to run in the Rainow Fell Race and is willing to marshall/help out please could you volunteer -- we need about 14 helpers to help us make this run smoothly!

Marshalls needed for:
car park (can race too)
set up & registration (can race too)
on-course marshalls
finish funnel

there are excellent cakes afterwards!
Race start 7.30pm Wed 4th May, Rainow Institute

Rachel I'm happy to help. I'm hoping run, I'm running Stuc a' Chroin on the Saturday before, so it will depend on how the legs feel. So please pencil me in for one of the roles that will allow me to run.

Thanks Graham and Spence (sorry real name escapes me) - please could you both help with car parking (and then able to run) - if you could come along from 6.15-6.30pm that would be great.

If there are any other folks not able to run on Wednesday we could still do with a couple of extra on course marshalls if possible - it will be taped too.
