Am doing this tomorrow and have just realised I have lost my map with the route marked on it. I did it a couple of years ago and have the route description, but cannot remember the route very well. I have an OS map of the area, but does anyone know if the route is on-line so I can download it please?

Thanks Julian, that's great. The only changes I can see are a couple of checkpoint changes. Hope Alison doesn't mind being reminded its her birthday!
