Hi Nancy, we missed out on an entry cos its full so are trundling round Derby I nstead, but have fun !

Well I got round and most of it was in sunshine, with views of the snowy Pennines. I tried using a running pole and that did seem to help my knee. There was some mud but nothing like the Wilmot Wander last year - how was it this year J & J?

Once the deathtrap ice had thawed the mud was neverending! Even the canal was near impossible to run on. Despite both hobbling with injuries made it back in 7hrs. Well done nancy on thats lyth.
