Street-O - thanks to Andy Skelhorn

Postby Neil Gunn » Thu Dec 17, 2015 9:38 am

Just a quick note to say a big 'thank you' to Andy S for hosting the annual "night-time-treasure-hunt--street-o" - a brilliant evening.

Highlights from me ...

1. Teaming up with Clare G & Digby H and realising that we had the same route plan and between us we vaguely knew where we were going
2. Clare explaining to me and Digby that it had been 'a most enjoyable threesome'
3. Clare saying 'we can cut down here "through Andy's back passage"
4. Winning a chocolate orange (I am easily pleased)

Thanks again ...looking forward to 2016 already ...

Neil

Yes, thanks Andy for a great evening.
I was on tenterhooks towards the end of the run, wondering where in Bollington to find The Dale, or possibly The Gale, or maybe it was going to be The Kale?

Thanks Andy for great evening. As Dave W and myself are both visually challenged we both had large scale maps, but despite this we still enjoyed one or two moments of "where the hell are we now!" Eeee by gum lad, it were fun though. Here's to the next one.

I was at the Vale for lunch today and we found a Toyota car key in the car park. Wondered if it might be from last nights event? Anyway it's behind the bar in the pub if anyone thinks it might be theirs.
Sorry to have missed this and the handicap - always great events.
Happy Christmas all!

They may belong to Richard Ainley, as the results sheet suggests that he lost his keys.
