Found in the tiny Cheshire village of Pott Shrigley, The Coffee Tavern is a genuine curiosity. Built in 1887 to celebrate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee and originally a lending library, this charming restaurant was transformed into its current guise 18 years ago.
A reminder to all runners that we need to be more aware of the hazards, capabilities, weather and choice of kit before going out as a group. It goes without saying that, we are not only responsible for our own safety, but also of our running chums. Enjoy the challenges and be safe.
