A 13.1 mile run starting from the athletics track at 10.00 to visit the local countryside surrounding Macclesfield and Prestbury. No navigation required. Route fully marshalled.
Some undulating terrain but no mud so road shoes are advisable. Regular water stops en-route and lots of spicy goodies for every finisher. A very popular event so many people reserve their places beforehand but it's possible to enter on the day. See the link below for more details:-

A shorter 5K route is also available and if that's too much then you can still join in the fun by enrolling for the fun run! And finally every finisher gets a medal plced around their neck as a memorable momento of their special day.
