Hi I'm going to make my own way over to this directly after work. But I'd appreciate a lift back if anyone's running.

I'm planning to go leaving my house by 5.45. Can give lift back and for 2 more.

Barry thanks. There's a possibility I may not race as I've got tight calf muscles in both legs. I'll let you know either way.
