Meet at 9.30 outside the Yondermann Cafe, A623, Wardlow Mires (SK17 8RW, Grid: 181756)
For a 2 hour yomp around some hidden white peak scenery, including Gibbet Rock, via 9 dales (Peter, Tansley, Litton, Tideswell, Millers, Water Cum Jolly, Upper, Monsal and Cressbrook). Lifts available for anyone who wants one.


This used to be a petrol station, opposite the 3 Stags Head on the road from Tideswell to Stoney Middleton. The new cafe is now popular with bikers and has been rated “Best cafe in the UK” by one seemingly undiscerning Trip Advisor contributor.

Fab run Andy - many thanks! A gentle amble around the limestone dales with the spring flowers at their best - particularly the orchids.
And - very impressed with the Yonderman - a cafe I've driven past dozens of times with a second glance!
