This is for you if you're not doing the Mow Cop race on Sunday. If you are planning the Teenager or Waltz races on Saturday, you can still come out to Blaze Farm for a nice recovery run on Sunday, free from the pressures of competition and scary descents.

A ~2 hour off-road run from this famous ice-cream cafe. A route to visit the Dane valley and surrounding countryside before tea & cakes in the cafe.
