Mow Cop Hill Race...

.. is on this Sunday, 11 am start. Good race for all, a bit hilly but not too challenging.

The start is at Mount Pleasant village hall, which isn't really in Mow Cop and also isn't the easiest place to find, I'd suggest the A34 out of Congleton might be your best route.
Usually plenty of parking but those getting there early get prime choice of spot in the boggy field.

Won't be running myself, but if I get my act together I might get down in time to make a dent in the usual substantial post-race cake mountain.
