9.30 Coffee Tavern, Shrigley Rd, Nr. Pott Shrigley, SK10 5SE.A ~2 hour off-road run from this memorable cafe close to Lyme Park. Plenty of interesting route options from here for a nice sunny run.
The Coffee TavernPark in the over-spill car park on the left as you enter. Car share if possible. Option to meet at Tucker's - 9.10am

Hi David,
What type of pace does this group run at / how many miles would you expect to cover in 2 hrs? I usually run with the C's and i joined the Tegg's nose Monday night run this week. I'm interested in coming along but wouldn't want to be straggling behind!! Cheers, Gabby

Thanks Julien, that's good to know! Unfortunately, my plans have changed - my family are visiting at 10am - so I won't be able to join tomorrow but hopefully I'll be able to make it next Sunday. Cheers and have a great run!
