Fell Taster

Hi ... thanks to Kath and Hazel (and all the other fell runners) who put on the 'taster' session today - 14 people came along to give it a try and they all had a really good time.

Saw Phil, Chris Rhodes and Greg on Sunday for a cycle and reports were all very good. Wish I'd been able to take part... Awaiting Consultant opinion on knee

On behalf of Heather and myself can I add my appreciation to the organisers of the Fell taster day. Unfortunately we both had to dash at the end so didn't have time to chat. Heather this morning said "...I actually like running up hills now..." which is a first!

We shall both try and get along to a Sunday run sometime soon but cannot make the Wednesday runs with Heather's work commitments.
