It's the last of 'Long' English Champs this Sunday. Any Harriers turning out? If so, a lift is available. (No EOD).

Hope you had a good one Phil. A few of us did Congleton park run yesterday and an easy trot this am. I'll probably have a go at Sedbergh next year as it's on the to do list along with Ennerdale.

Swatts was the sole Macc on the day and came in 5th V50 on a day of atrocious weather (again), I maintained my bottomish (and I am not talking MND),performance but at least I was 16mins quicker than last year ( but no need to tell
