You may not know this Phil, but Hazel and I are re-doing the Naylor with you in June 2016 in our next respective age groups. We just need to fix a date for it nearly 2 years in advance like we did last time.

The standard metric unit of power is the Watt.
The "Steve" Watt is equivalent to 1 Joss.
Since I would expect to take roughly twice as long as Steve does that mean I would be equivalent to 1/2 a Joss?

Monty, who is presently having an excellent doggy dream by all the twitching, although for some reason he's not running in his sleep which he often does, and Digby. Not sure what Digby is up to now? They both did an excellent job keeping me going.

As a consequence of not having any, Monty can’t quite manage to hold a pen to sign to say that I visited every top, although I haven’t seen the rule that your pacer needs to be a human! So Digby ran the whole way to make it official and Monty didn't want to miss out on an fantastic day out in the Lakes.

See you at the "do". There should be plenty there with lots of successful completions this year - 7 from Lakeland Orienteering Club alone.
