Sam's 20th Birthday Run - Sunday 14th July

As this Sunday is Sam (yes the one in the Kilt)'s 20th Birthday, he has decided that he would like to run around the Great Ridge and Castleton. So whether this is the Sunday run, or an alternative venue, this option is to meet up outside the Woodbine Cafe in Hope at 9am. (earlier than usual) for a c. 2 hour run and possibly a splash in the river.

Only recently re-discovered how fantastic this area is...but afraid that I won't be there to enjoy it with you.

It may be a different scale to Canada Sam, but I am sure you'll find it pretty cool...well...hot!
