Very impressive run from Simon H over very tough terrain! Beating some of Eryri's top runners who know these mountains pretty well. You'll have earned respect today.

Nice to hear from you Martin. I thought Simon was doing the "Great Lakes" race this w/e. He is getting quicker (more short races?) and still has the stamina from his "longs". Surely he didn't do both races.

PS 4 of us drove over 2hrs each way to do Buckden Pike yesterday which is only just under 4 miles but really enjoyed it as some great grassy descending.
