hi guys..im afraid that ive managed to get myself injued..im awaiting mri scan on knee..im pretty sure ive torn cartilage in my right knee,and sadly its same injury to the same knee that i sustained four years ago...dunno what outcome will be.....will come and cheer you on at some races over next few weeks anyway....neil
