If needed I will be helping out with the Langley 7 on Saturday, so whilst im in the area would make sense to get a run in. Open to suggestion for meet time and what distance? Anyone up for it?

The plan is now to do the Macc handicap route, starting time not finalised yet but will be around 8.00 or 9.00. Open to all.
