Anybody fancy joining me for a run tomorrow morning, venue negotiable, distance negotiable, would like to start earlyish say 8, or earlier if feasible 3/4 hours on feet if possible no need for speed.

Sorry mate, saving myself for the trog!
However I do fancy a run out tonight. I will be leaving my place between 5 and 6 (negotiable) for a 10 mile(ish) jaunt into lyme park ( keepers cottage, spond hill, bowstones, cage etc.)
if anyone fancies joining me you are most welcome. ( can provide tea/coffe wine at finish but cake maker has been a bit quiet lately.
