Notes/maps for PBR and RR.

I am heading over to Wales rather a lot this winter/spring with Kirsty, both of us have the intention of having a go at the PBR in May or June. Does anyone have any notes/maps that they can email me? Anys words of advice will also be welcome.

On another matter I am in Glen Nevis in May and having a look at the RR, therefore the same request for maps, notes and advice.

Digby - would still like your RR notes.

Steve Swallow - Sorry you didn't get in the UTMB. I know someone who entered UTMB and GRP, his entry for the GRP is still going. I have asked him if you can have it, are you interested?
