9.30 Blaze farm, Wildboarclough. A ~ 2 hour jaunt around the delights of 3 shires head etc and back to the famous ice cream cafe for tea and cakes.

Not this week Phil. Building up to distance after my 3 week lay off over Christmas. Focusing on speed and strength now for London, then hill work and stamina for the Naylor with Hazel and Trev. Then maybe the Bullock with Donworkin in Sept.
