A ~2 hour off-road run from this memorable cafe close to Lyme Park. Plenty of interesting route options from here for a nice sunny run.

What type of pace does this group run at / how many miles would you expect to cover in 2 hrs? I usually run with the C's and i joined the Tegg's nose Monday night run this week. I'm interested in coming along but wouldn't want to be straggling behind!! Cheers, Gabby
