Last in our summer series. Hopefully will have a good turnout. We picked up a few prizes last year. I think we will have a strong ladies team again.

Yes - as Barry says, there will be 7pm run from the race venue for those who prefer a more steady run experience. If anyone has a good route that would be fine, otherwise we can go over to Chinley Churn and far away.
