Hope Wake Fell Race

An excellent race last night in Hope with a couple of brutal climbs. Well done to Simon who came 3rd with Pete Nield and myself coming 15th and 16th respectively. Really good value for £5: everyone got a technical t-shirt, lots of spot prizes, drinks and flapjacks served at the end and those at the sharp end won Rab sleeping bags. Hopefully one for inclusion in the Wednesday night fell champs for next year - everybody should have a go.... and also good beer in Castleton afterwards.
