My leg is still not right from coming a cropper on Stoodley Pike on Saturday, so can't lead a run tonight, but I will still be out if anyone else would like to join me and Lilly for a slow jog / walk in the area.

Ok Phil, I'll lead tonight. It will be a bit adhoc but I'm sure I can come up with something to suit all - assuming that is that I myself don't get stuck in traffic coming from Trafford Park.
