Spare Great Lakes Entry

Chaps, sadly due to plantar fasciatis I'm having to pull out of the next English Champs race - Great Lakes on 16th June. I dont think its full yet but if anyone wants my entry then please let me know. I'll probably rest up for a few months now to let it heal properly - as well as a few other niggles! - first break from running in 12 years, but will be back, Cheers, Rick

have just checked. There are now 7 Macc Harriers other than Rick on the entry list which now totals 421 with a 500 limit. Still time to enter (use Rick's entry). Phil plans to go up/down in the day using his "wagon" which takes up to 7.
